Custom Formulation Samples

Get Samples of Your Custom Formulated Product:

NutraSkin offers the lowest cost, fastest custom formula turnaround time in the industry. This service is offered so that you can get your custom formula in small quantities for testing, proof of concept, scent, etc.

Our trained experts will also assist you with perfecting your formula at no additional cost.

The Custom Formulation Sample Process:

  1. The first step is to send us your formula so that we can review it. We will then work with you to finalize the best product.
  2. Custom Formulated SkinCare samples start at $795.00. Prices vary depending on stability testing requirements.
  3. AFTER we have agreed on the formulas and quantity, we require a deposit to produce your product. When payment is received we will give you our best ETA on when your samples will be shipped.
  4. After you receive and try your samples we will get in touch to see what the next step is. If you’re satisfied, then we can move forward into putting your final product in production. Otherwise we can run another round of samples if adjustments need to be made and verified.

Q. How long will it take for my product to be completed once I place my order?

A. The short answer is if we have everything in stock, including your product labels, we hold the standard of a 4-8 week turnaround time.

We stock ingredients and a wide variety of packaging so that is usually no issue to complete any order in that amount of time.

Q. What is the process of creating a custom skincare formula?

A. If creating a custom formula, first there is formulation. We can assist you with this or you can provide your formula. From that point we will make suggestions on production.

We have an in-house graphics team that can help you with the  label design process and bring your concept to life. If you have your own designer, we work with you to make sure they have everything they need to work with.

Q. What type of packaging does NutraSkin have?

A. We have a variety of packaging options available. All different sizes and styles of jars, airless bottles and tubes. We also screen print labels and have custom die cut boxes.

Q. Can I take a facility tour?

A. Absolutely. Facility tours are always available by appointment.
